The validity period of an exclusive member's star points is 3-months.
Exclusive member can only use the star points within the period of 3 months. ​
*Note: Once star points have expired, an exclusive member will not be able to use it.

You are able to check out the requirement below when entering the program:
​

• You can redeem your star points within 3 months starting from the purchase date.
• All-star points will be forfeited automatically after 3 months.
• You are not allowed to convert your points into a case or postpone your redemption to next quarter.
• The reward is not applicable for another promotion or discounts.
• Your star points can be collected by different purchasers who are registered under the same company.
• A minimum of $200 order is required. 
• Companies are listed in the bad debtor's category are banned from entering the program.
